Welcome to Osborn House. A luxury retreat set in the picturesque town of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, just a 2-hour drive from Sydney or Canberra. Surrounded by sweeping views and rolling hills, with fresh country air and exceptional facilities, Osborn House is a world away from the world.

Set on acres of century old gardens, and rich in character and whimsical flair, Osborn House is home to 15 exceptional suites and 7 luxury cabins dotted throughout the forest gardens. Ambient bars, lounges and terraces are the social hubs – a place to gather, sip and relax. Exceptional cuisine focusing on regional ingredients ensures memorable dining experiences are offered in our restaurants, from hearty breakfasts through to delicious lunches and elegant dinners.

Osborn House offers extensive health facilities, including Osborn House Spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium, 25 metre swimming pool, bicycles and tennis court. Located on the edge of Morton National Park, an array of bush walking trails to suit all fitness levels, are right on the doorstep.

An ode to our founder Dinah Osborn, Dinah’s is the formal dining room located on the main level of the house. Elegant and full of natural light with enchanting views out over Morton National Park, Dinah’s is the perfect location for your celebration.​

George’s & The Terrace:

Offering a welcoming vibe and relaxed, local produce focused menu in bespoke designed surrounds, George’s is a drinking and dining experience unlike anything else in the Highlands. With indoor and outdoor areas, all with uninterrupted views over the Morton National Park, George’s is the ideal venue to settle into.

Fire Feast:

Experience the ancient art of South American live fire cooking right here in the Southern Highlands. Francis Mallmann trained Chefs light the flames of their very special ASADO and take you on an authentic South American dining experience, complete with the Iron Dome, Planchas and Infiernillo. ​

The Green Door:

Housing an intimate bar, The Green Door flows out onto the lawn lounge on the lower level of Osborn House and overlooks Morton National Park. ​

This space is ideal for small meetings for up to 24 guests boardroom style, with an additional 12 guests in the surrounding lounge area. This is also a suitable area for larger functions that open out onto the lawn.
