The Delmonte Lobby
A grand venue at the Hydro Majestic, the Delmonte Lobby is an ideal pre-function space or a glamorous cocktail venue for events of up to 80 guests. The space is complete with a dedicated bar and feature garden wall, and connects through to The Majestic Ballroom and the Delmonte Rooms.
The Wintergarden
This spectacular, light-filled restaurant offers grand views of the Megalong Valley. The Wintergarden can provide premium afternoon high tea service, as well as a la carte lunch and dinner menus, all served in refined surrounds. Salon du Thé
This Shanghai-chic tea room and bar is decorated in rich reds, far eastern murals and luxurious furniture. Rediscover understated decadence with some jazz and a martini at sunset. This warm and sumptuous space is ideal for dinners or cocktail events.
The Majestic Ballroom
This grand ballroom space offers formal dining, conferencing and events in a magnificent historical setting. This domed ballroom is complete with vaulted ceilings, an open fireplace and a parterre courtyard garden.
The Delmonte Conference Rooms
Comprising of two function rooms, The Delmonte Conference Rooms command spectacular views overlooking the Megalong Valley. Along with the Delmonte Lobby, they cater for a more intimate style of conferencing and events
The Boiler House
This cafe is set in a unique industrial heritage space – the former boiler house for The Hydro Majestic. With dining space over two levels, The Boiler House offers a casual menu with take-away options for guests to enjoy at the Majestic Point lookout.
