Donna Kessler is the founder and Director of Tourism Portfolio. Since the company's inception in 2002, Donna has represented high quality destinations, venues, resorts and event suppliers to the meetings, incentives and tourism markets. She understands the importance of relationships and the process of driving sales through her professional credible reputation.

Her personal commitment to her clients and the events she supports is undeniable. Donna has more than three decades of experience in all aspects of tourism. Prior to starting Tourism Portfolio she held senior roles at Hilton International and Intercontinental Sydney , Donna is always keen to be involved and has been on the Tourism Australia Business Events Board, has worked closely with Meeting and Events Australia as an Industry Mentor, Speaker and has assisted with numerous Conference Program Committee positions.

She has previously won:

■ Meetings and Events Australia National Sales and Marketing Person of the Year 2005

Her desire, passion and energy for the industry is contagious. In 2016 along with a business partner she launched GET GLOBAL. The only outbound show for the MICE market in Australia. She is always looking for innovative ways to connect with buyers and suppliers and provide the clients in her portfolio solid ROI.

Sharon Levingston

General Manager

Sharon Levingston is a leading Events & Tourism professional, with a career spanning all sectors from MICE, Corporate Travel, Sporting groups & Hospitality, Wholesale and Retail. Her deep industry roots & partnerships allow her to being a unique insight to her role, to identify business opportunities, create innovative and strategic solutions, and to connect partners for the best business outcomes.

Sharon is active in making connections, a stickler for the fine details, thrives on a fast pace, is a leader who believes outcomes are best achieved by bringing people with you, and is personally committed to building trusted relationships for the long term.

Prior to joining Tourism Portfolio, Sharon’s recent senior industry role was General Manager, Events of The Events Authority, where she led the team to twice take home the National Travel Industry Award for Best Business Events Agency.   She has been an industry mentor in MEA, and a regular presenter and trainer for a portfolio of clients.

She is excited about joining the dynamic Tourism Portfolio team and adding her expertise to the experienced team.

Amanda Kershaw

Marketing & Administration

Amanda brings over seven years’ experience in Tourism. In her previous roles she has been in Product, Marketing & Admin, most recently at Australian Visitor Centres.
She has also held roles in Event Operations on the NSW Central Coast, and as a Travel Consultant.

In her role at Tourism Portfolio Amanda is all things marketing and creativity!

Additionally her strong administrative skills support the fast-paced and dynamic work of the Tourism Portfolio team.

Laura Aranjo

Business Development Manager

Laura brings 15 years’ experience in the Travel and Hospitality industry initially working in Retail and Inbound travel.
Prior to Tourism Portfolio Laura’s career has been with TFE Hotels working in various roles including Corporate and Government clients. Most recently her role spanned both the International and Domestic Leisure markets.
Laura is a dedicated and enthusiastic people’s person who strives in helping clients achieve their goals and is passionate about all things travel.
