A Brit by birth and education, Heather’s most significant achievement has been the life-changing decision to relocate to Italy. Over the years, she have established herself as a respected leader in the European DMC sector, known for a peerless product knowledge, and for diving deep into understanding client’s business needs and objectives in order to building lasting partnerships that meet client goals with each engagement and opportunity. During her career she has taken on senior management roles for major players within the DMC and events industry, including CWT and AlliedPRA. In 2015, she joined forces with Lorenzo Pignatti, the visionary founder of +39 Italy, to rebrand the company as TERRAEVENTS and expand the Company’s footprint across Europe by establishing wholly-owned offices in France, Portugal, and Spain, cultivating strong, vibrant local teams who share in their passion for delivering exceptional events. An active member of industry associations including FICP, SITE, ADMEI and IRF, Heather firmly believes one of the tenets of leadership is a responsibility to give back to the industry which has brought her monumental fulfilment and opportunities to grow and succeed.
