Donna Kessler

Director / Founder  |  Donna Kessler is the founder and Director of Tourism Portfolio. Since the company's inception in 2002, Donna has represented high quality destinations, venues, resorts and event suppliers to the meetings, incentives and tourism markets.

Donna brings to Tourism Portfolio almost three decades of experience in all aspects of tourism and the corporate industry. Prior to establishing Tourism Portfolio, Donna held the position Director of Sales at the Intercontinental Sydney. Previously, she worked with Hilton International Australia for 17 years as the National Director of Sales, Corporate and Conventions. In these roles, Donna focused on both domestic and international markets.

Donna understands the process of driving sales through professional credible representation. Her personal commitment to her clients and the events she supports is undeniable. Known by her clients and colleagues as highly enthusiastic, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, Donna is an excellent representative of any destination or venue.

Donna has won the acclaimed Meetings and Events Australia State and National Sales and Marketing Person of the Year Award in 2005 and 2008. She now supports these awards in her judging capacity.

■ If I could invite four people to a dinner party, they’d be....my husband and close friends… there is nothing better for the soul! If you’re after famous people then it would have to be (1) Jack Nicholson, as not only is he a great actor but he has led a very colourful life; (2) Roger Federer – the 'master of his game', humble and simpatico; (3) Tom Hanks, with his wicked sense of humour and a brilliant acting and; (4) Meryl Streep, a great actress with an incredible, warm elegance.

Jessica Paul

Business Development Manager  |  Jessica brings with her over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, her career started at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2009. Prior to joining Tourism Portfolio she was a Sales Manager with Sheraton on the Park focusing on driving results in the MICE, Corporate and Entertainment markets. Previous to this she held the position as Corporate Account Manager at QT Sydney where she worked with Corporate and TMC accounts and Sales Coordinator at The Westin Sydney working with PCO and corporate MICE accounts.
She brings with her an array of skills, knowledge and relationships from the industry.

Christiana Georgiadis

Business Development  |  Christiana joins the team at TP after her most recent role at TFE Hotels and prior to that Carnival Cruise Lines and Bellachara Boutique Hotel.

In her previous roles her experiences has spanned across Administration/ sales support, client relationship management, lead generation, co ordination of sales missions, famils and events.

Christina completed her Associate Degree in Business Management at the International College of Management Sydney in 2012.

■If I could invite 4 people to a dinner party they would be…. Beyonce, Richard Branson, Anna Polyviou & Nicole Kidman

Lauren Coombes

Sales Co ordinator   |  She joins us from Flight Centre Australia, where she had been polishing her expertise as a travel consultant. Prior to this Lauren interned at Tourism Australia where she worked closely with the Consumer Marketing and the Business Events teams.

Lauren has a Bachelor of Business (International Tourism Management) and Certificate II in Tourism and Events providing her with the foundations to excel in the tourism and travel sector.

Lauren brings on board her proven administrational, sales and customer skills as well as her determination to create unique and memorable experiences.
