Donna Kessler

Director & Owner, Tourism Portfolio

Donna Kessler is the founder and Director of Tourism Portfolio. Since the company's inception in 2002, Donna has represented high quality destinations, venues, resorts and event suppliers to the meetings, incentives and tourism markets. She understands the importance of relationships and the process of driving sales through her professional credible reputation.

Her personal commitment to her clients and the events she supports is undeniable. Donna has more than three decades of experience in all aspects of tourism. Prior to starting Tourism Portfolio she held senior roles at Hilton International and Intercontinental Sydney , Donna is always keen to be involved and has been on the Tourism Australia Business Events Board, has worked closely with Meeting and Events Australia as an Industry Mentor, Speaker and has assisted with numerous Conference Program Committee positions.

She has previously won:
■ Meetings and Events Australia NSW Sales and Marketing Person of the Year Award in 2005
■ Meetings and Events Australia National Sales and Marketing Person of the Year 2005
■ Meetings and Events Australia NSW Sales and Marketing Person of the Year Award 2008
■ Meetings and Events Australia National Sales and Marketing Person of the Year Award 2008

Her desire, passion and energy for the industry is contagious. In 2016 along with a business partner she launched GET GLOBAL. The only outbound show for the MICE market in Australia. She is always looking for innovative ways to connect with buyers and suppliers and provide the clients in her portfolio solid ROI.

Jessica Paul

Business Development Manager

Jessica Paul brings with her over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, her career started at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 2009. Prior to joining Tourism Portfolio she was a Sales Manager with Sheraton on the Park focusing on driving results in the MICE, Corporate and Entertainment markets.

Previous to this she held the position as Corporate Account Manager at QT Sydney where she worked with Corporate and TMC accounts and Sales Coordinator at The Westin Sydney working with PCO and corporate MICE accounts. She brings with her an array of skills, knowledge and relationships from the industry.

Christiana Georgiadis

Business Development Executive

Christiana Georgiadis joins the team at Tourism Portfolio after her most recent role at TFE Hotels and prior to that Carnival Cruise Lines and Bellachara Boutique Hotel. In her previous roles, her experiences has spanned across administration/sales support, client relationship management, lead generation, co-ordination of sales missions, famils and events.

Christiana completed her Associate Degree in Business Management at the International College of Management Sydney in 2012.
